At Azza Fahmy, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-crafted jewelry and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the pieces are in their original condition and packaging.

  Place the jewelry in its original Azza Fahmy presentation box, ensuring all authenticity certificates and receipts are included to verify the purchase.

  Secure Shipping

  Schedule a pickup with our authorized courier partners or drop off the item at a designated boutique; please ensure the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers inspect the piece for quality and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
